When our clients are willing to pay more for their pets, we would never compromise on the quality. After purchase, we, at MUFASA PETS are solely responsible for the health condition of your pets for the next 72 hours. Any uninformed deformities and behavioral issues will be checked, and if found faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund your money. For long distance orders, death on arrival or sudden death of the pet due to unknown reasons between the specified 72 hours can be reported to us. We will take up the responsibility. All you need to provide is the prior submission of a death certificate issued by a trained veterinarian.
